Step 1: Choose Your Service
DIY and Performance services are purchased online. For a Custom PC Build, request a free assessment, accept an available build slot, then pay the service fee.
Step 2: Share Your Requirements
Complete the secure brief linked to your order, including your goals and budget. For a Custom PC Build, choose collection or enter an Australian shipping address.
Your brief and project updates remain available in your Oasis account.
Step 3: Receive Expert Recommendations
At your confirmed project date, access a personalised PCPartPicker link and a private explanation document in your account. Performance Optimisation may focus on changes to your existing PC.One revision is included with DIY and Performance services; a Custom PC Build includes up to three. Request changes through your secure project page.
Step 4: Approve Your Build (Custom PC Build Only)
Review the proposal, ask for included changes if needed, then approve the final parts list in your secure project page.
Step 5: Confirm Delivery & Pay for Parts (Build Only)
If shipping, review and accept the exact delivery quote for your address; collection has no delivery fee. The later invoice covers approved components and any accepted delivery charge—not a second service fee. Parts are ordered after cleared payment.
Step 6: Build, Test & Handover
We assemble and test your PC, then confirm your collection or insured-delivery arrangements. Track progress and view past projects in My Account.
