Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive:

– A Google document with in-depth explanations for each recommended part (plus alternative options, if applicable)
(For DIY Build Consultation or Performance Optimisation services, you also receive one free revision. Simply email us your changes using your invoice number. This revision will take an additional 24-48 hours.)
Step 4: Review & Confirm (Custom PC Build Service Only)
Review the parts list and explanation document.
Request unlimited revisions as needed via the provided email until you’re completely satisfied.
Log in or create your Oasis Custom PCs account and mark your approval to proceed.
Step 5: Final Invoice & Order Confirmation (Custom PC Build Service Only)
Receive an invoice detailing the cost of parts, shipping, and our consulting fee.
No parts are ordered until the full invoice and consulting fee are paid.
