For a Custom PC Build, submit the request form at no charge. Oasis reviews it and, if suitable, offers a dated slot before asking you to pay.
Step 2: Provide Your Details
For a Custom PC Build, provide requirements in the free request form. If offered a dated slot, pay the A$350 service fee to secure it.
A copy of your responses is sent to both our sales team and your provided email.
Step 3: Receive Your Parts List & Explanations
Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive:
– A link to your personalised parts list on PC Part Picker
– A Google document with in-depth explanations for each recommended part (plus alternative options, if applicable)
(For DIY Build Consultation or Performance Optimisation services, you also receive one free revision. Simply email us your changes using your invoice number. This revision will take an additional 24-48 hours.)
Step 4: Review & Confirm (Custom PC Build Service Only)
Review the parts list and explanation document.
Request up to three parts-list revisions before final approval.
Log in or create your Oasis Custom PCs account and mark your approval to proceed.
Step 5: Final Invoice & Order Confirmation (Custom PC Build Service Only)
After final parts-list approval, receive a separate invoice for components plus applicable delivery only.
The A$350 service fee is not charged again. No components are ordered until that separate invoice is paid.
