How payment works

The $350.00 service fee is payable only after Oasis reviews your request and offers you a dated slot. It secures that slot and covers research, parts-list design, up to three revisions, assembly, configuration, stress testing and benchmarking.

After you approve the final parts list, Oasis sends a separate invoice for the components plus applicable delivery only. The $350.00 service fee is not charged again.

Initial project communication is by email. After your service fee clears and you submit the detailed Design Brief, Oasis can discuss any remaining questions with you. Optional video-call scheduling will be introduced in a later workflow update.
