We take the stress off your shoulders by handling the entire process—from selecting the best-suited parts tailored to your specific needs to assembling, configuring, and shipping your dream PC right to your doorstep. Whether you’re building a gaming powerhouse, a streaming rig, or a professional workstation, we are here to turn your vision into reality.

Personalized Consultation Experience

Our package offers a start-to-finish solution that begins with understanding your unique requirements. After purchasing our consultation service, you’ll complete a survey detailing your preferences, budget, and expectations for your new PC. Within 48 hours, a carefully curated parts list is sent to you, along with a comprehensive Google document. This document provides in-depth explanations of each recommended component, alternatives if you want additional options, and their suitability for your intended use. We’re dedicated to ensuring you are informed and confident in each choice we make on your behalf.

Revisions and Quality Assurance

We want you to be completely satisfied with your build, which is why the Custom PC Build service includes 3 free revisions to your parts list. If any changes need to be made, simply let us know and we’ll adjust the list accordingly — each revision is completed within 48 hours. Should you require additional revisions beyond the 3 included, these can be purchased separately through our Additional Parts Revision service.
Once you’re happy with the parts list, we’ll send you a final invoice covering the cost of components, shipping, and our consulting fee. Please note that no parts will be ordered until the invoice is paid in full. After payment, we’ll order, assemble, stress test, and configure your PC to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Finally, we’ll ship your fully functioning PC directly to you, ready to perform.
To ensure every client receives our full attention and best work, revisions beyond the 3 included are available as an additional service at $25 each.

Full List of Deliverables:

• We design a custom tailored parts list based on your requirements/needs and also include a Google document that provides explanations of each recommended components
• We order and assemble the PC and install any software you require
• We stress test, configure, and benchmark your PC to verify stability
• We ship the PC to you

Note:

• This service does not support custom water-cooling solutions. All builds will either be air-cooled or use an AIO liquid cooler.
• Please note that the prices in the provided parts list are estimates and may vary according to supplier pricing (Final Invoice will contain the prices paid for each PC Component)
• We cannot offer any returns on the completed PC build or this service unless the PC is damaged during shipment to you.
• If you live in Brisbane, QLD you may be able to organise Local Pick Up, just make sure to mention the area you live in when you complete the Custom PC Build survey
• This $350 purchase does NOT cover the cost of the parts + shipping.​​​​​​​You will still need to pay for the gaming PC parts, shipping, and this $350 consulting fee.
