Start with a free build-slot request

Submit the Custom PC Build request form at no charge. Oasis reviews your requirements first. If we can take on the build, we will offer you a dated slot before asking you to pay anything.

Stage 1 — A$350 service fee

The A$350 service fee is payable only after Oasis reviews your request and offers you a dated slot. Paying it secures that slot and covers research, parts-list design, up to three revisions, assembly, configuration, stress testing and benchmarking.

Stage 2 — Components and delivery

After you approve the final parts list, Oasis sends a separate invoice for the components plus applicable delivery only. The A$350 service fee is not charged again. No components are ordered until this separate invoice is paid in full.

What happens next

1. Submit the free request form.
2. Oasis reviews the request and, if suitable, offers a dated slot.
3. Pay the A$350 service fee within the offer period to secure the slot.
4. Review the personalised parts list and request up to three revisions.
5. Approve the final parts list and pay the separate components-plus-delivery invoice.
6. Oasis orders, assembles, configures, stress tests and benchmarks the PC before handover or delivery.

• Australian customers only.
• No custom water cooling; builds use air cooling or an AIO liquid cooler.
• Brisbane local pickup may be available.
• Further revisions may be purchased separately.

Returns and warranty support

Change-of-mind returns are generally not available for a completed custom-built PC. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain: if a PC, component or service supplied by Oasis fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the problem. Contact Oasis about faults in items it supplied; you do not have to seek a remedy from the manufacturer first.
